With this I mean specifically programmers versed in COBOL1. programming. Along with COBOL, CICS2., DB23., and JCL4. in the Mainframe environment.
With extensive use in Business and Financial Institutions and Understanding of COBOL will once again become usefull.
A full IDE for conventional COBOL is available from OpenCobolIDE OpenCobolIDE 4.7.6 Just download and install the setup.exe for the windows installer
