First download and install AppServ 9.3.0 this is for 64bit machines
this will install:
- Apache 2.4.41
- PHP 7.3.10
- MySQL 8.0.17
- phpMyAdmin 4.9.1
this is the directory structure for AppServ:
folder www is Directory Root for Web page files
type localhost in address bar and you should be good to go
