Crotalus
The Crotalus one of the rarest Liturgical Devices. The Crotalus was/is used on Maundy Thursday to the beginning of the ‘Gloria in excelsis’ on Holy Saturday. Not used so often in todays Church but you may see it in Churches that follow the Latin Rite or Latin Mass during this period

We make a quick potato salad Ingredients: 3 small potatoes peeled, 1 c water, 2 tbsp light mayonnaise, 1 garlic clove minced, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp dill chopped, 1/2 small red onion sliced, Salt and black pepper to taste
