Install Web Server (Localhost) and MySql database

First download and install AppServ 9.3.0 this is for 64bit machines https://www.appserv.org/download/ this will install: Apache 2.4.41 PHP 7.3.10 MySQL 8.0.17 phpMyAdmin 4.9.1 this is the directory structure for AppServ: folder www is  Directory Root for Web page files   type localhost in address bar and you should be good to go

Pasta Fazool We make Pasta Fazool using Penne Rigato Pasta, canned whole peeled plum tomatoes, tomato sauce, Cannellini beans, Light Red Pinto Beans, Bay leaf, Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and added diced up Italian Meat Balls. It came out fantastic. Had for the next couple of days.
