TETA, SR. WHITING Thomas F. Teta , Sr., 90, of Whiting, NJ formerly of North Bergen, NJ passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. A WWII Navy veteran he was a retired Truck Driver for Pilot Freight Carrier in Monnachie NJ. He was past president of the North Bergen Pop Warner and a former special North Bergen Police Officer. Beloved husband of Alice (nee Cook) Teta. Devoted father of Lynn Teta - Mullins and husband Charles, Thomas F. Teta Jr and wife Carmen, Glenn Teta and wife Natasha and the late Robert Teta. Dear brother of Robert Teta. Loving grandfather of Thomas III and wife Stephanie, Jillian, and Jennifer Boel and husband Brian and great grandfather of Sofia and Jenna. Visitation on Wednesday from 4pm-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at George Washington Cemetery, Paramus NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St Jude Foundation or Sloan Kettering Hospital.
